Thanks everyone for the kind words. I had no idea that I was the first one from this SAL to finish the project.
I am between model stitching so I worked on this in the early morning and at night.
I'm not planning on stitching the gentleman--just the lady.
I'll keep checking in to see the progress the rest of you have.
It may seem strange that I left off the alphabet since so many of the projects I design have an alphabet. In fact, last night I started on a new project, "Quaker Samplings" III, which has an alphabet at the top.

Ellen, I just saw this and love your finish! I like what you did with the colors and even leaving the alphabet off. It's got to be the designer in you that allows you to step outside lines and do it so well. happy dancing with you in Alabama! babs
Wow! Just Wow! Ellen she is beautiful, you did a wonderful job....makes me anxious to finish :) Congratulations! I love your colors and the Initials are such a great idea!
Gorgeous work Ellen and you have me gasping at the speed with which you got this done. I am bringing up the rear as I just started mine last night! I'm thinking how nice mine is going to look on a wall someday next to your Emblem of Love which I have kitted up and ready to go. :)
I hope you'll send me a photo of Emblem of Love when you get it completed.
I emailed Nathalie (the designer of My Quaker Lady) a photo of my piece, and she emailed me back a photo of my Emblem of Love that she had stitched. I'll probably show hers next week on my blog.
